Office Coordinator Required

Hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm

Key responsibilities include;

  • Deal with enquiries over the telephone, online and face to face
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support Sales and Lettings team
  • Ensure clients, buyers and tenants are kept informed

The ideal candidate will need;

  • To be well-presented with confident verbal/written communication skills
  • Have some previous office experience and confident computer skills
  • Have the ability to identify key requirements
  • Thrive on consistently providing exceptional client service
  • Be highly self-motivated and flexible
